We are looking for a **100 % Remote Jr. Talent IT Sourcer **professional located **all over Mexico **with primary IT and sourcing experience ready to grow with us. We deliver software solutions using both established technologies and tools like C++,.NET, RoR, Python, PHP, and Java.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage an applicant tracking system or CRM
- Cooperation with the recruiting team
**Requirements**:
- 6 months experience in IT sourcing/recruiting
- Interest for Technology and social media like LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate or above level of English
**Nice to have**:
- IT Recruitment courses
- Basic knowledge of working with Outlook, Excel among other computer skills
- Cover letter
