**Qué esperamos**:
Objective:IT Specialist with knowledge of the computer systems installed in the Office area (Laptops, Printers, Desktops, Phones, Projectors, Dockins, Monitors) to support in troubleshooting (Laptops, Printers, Desktops, Telephones, Projectors, Dockins, Monitors) to support in the resolution of problems as well as to verify the standardization, updating and inventory control of these systems. Activities:1. Implementation of IT projects in the Office area locally and requested by the head office.2. Control and installation of equipment from SCCM platform.3. Implementation of approved software and programs in the office equipment of the plant, ensuring that everything is according to the established standards and following the approved guidelines.4. Documenting the "Know How" that arises during the resolution of problems in the IT processes of the area.5. Upon request, coordinate and provide support in the work and services performed by IT suppliers.6. Administration of user databases in the production and office areas.7. Administration and updating of computer inventory.8.



Induction and complete delivery of IT resources assigned to end users.9. Continuous optimization of IT processes within their area of responsibility.10. Control and allocation of fixed telephony equipment in user workstations.11. Manage and maintain additional IT assets such as monitors, docking, presentation pipes, data cabling, speakers and cameras in meeting rooms, printers, etc.
**A quién buscamos**:
Studies: IT studies or similar degree. Experience: experience working in the area for a minimum of 3 years Languages/level required: English intermediate Computer programs:
- Office 365- Windows Applications in General Knowledge
- Handling mainly MS Windows 10 and 11 operating system. Experience in software installation through SCCM tools. Knowledge of data networks and structured wiring
- Knowledge of VoIP Telephony
