We are looking for self-motivated Procurement Specialist to help manage our third party Contract Manufacturers ("CM's"). You will manage daily backlog calls with the CM to make sure orders are properly prioritized and scheduled. This position will be critical to the company in ensuring that the CM’s are meeting their commitments and hitting their scheduled ship dates. The Procurement Specialist will also require the ability to work cross functionally with the Sales team to provide the committed ship dates and Demand Planning to communicate any issues with shortages in the factory.
You must be located in the Guadalajara, MX area and willing to work a hybrid work schedule.
**Job Duties**:
- Manage schedule ship dates, release orders, PO management.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies.
**Job Requirements**:




- Must have at least 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Must have excellent analytical and investigative skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision at times.
- Must be able to manage day to day CM relationships.
- We are looking for an expert user of MS Excel, Access, Outlook and with some Purchasing/Agile experience.
- Oracle or D365 experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Good spoken and written English communications.
- Ability to work adaptable off-hours when needed to participate in call meetings or projects.
- Must be a Mexican Citizen.
- Located in the Guadalajara area.
