Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer role involves.
What a typical day looks like:
- Creation and execution of IQ, OQ, PQ
- Follow up on actions to reduce NCMRs and CAPAs.
- Create instructions for disposition of non-conformant material.
- BOM´s creation and updates for existing products on production lines.
- Troubleshooting (Sustaining on production).
- Creation and updates of Manufacturing Assembly Procedures
- Layout Management.
- Line balancing and standard time studies.
- Creation of Engineering Change Orders / Deviations for manufacturing process and documentation of parameters for packaging and assembly equipment.
- Execution of DOEs to find the optimal parameters for the process.
- Execution and coordination of Engineering studies, technical runs
- Problem solving with technical statistics.
- Coordination of Continuous improvement, Lean,



Kaizens and 6’s Projects.
- Acquisition, evaluation and validation of equipment for the Assembly area.
- Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to be on compliance with the Company KPIs (productivity, scrap, efficiency, defects, etc.).
- Creation and updates of process flow diagram, visual aids.
- Selection and purchase of new equipment for production and design, coordination of fixtures and Pola Yokes.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Intermediate English
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
- Good team worker and good analytical, planning skills.
- Knowledge and experience in RF and ultrasonic processes.
