Eaton’s EPG CPD ICD Industrial Controls Division division is currently seeking a SCM Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
Administer key supply chain functions such as material planning, scheduling, and order activities associated with the delivery of specific customer products, direct and indirect material procurement, inventory control, and storage. Train and educate direct subordinates in the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, report varieties, and other related tools to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of customer requirements. Coordinate with the corporate central supply chain function to provide data and participate in teams in order to drive best practices throughout the company. Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing tools, including pull systems, leveling systems, and visual management systems. Manage and coordinate the physical inventory process. Evaluate group operational performance to facilitate performance management, merit promotions, job transfers, dismissals, commendations, etc. Ensure that the correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are used in order execution systems (such as Mapics) to ensure proper order generation and inventory balances. Implement methods, practices, and techniques to ensure the most economical movement of materials through the supply chain to achieve cost-effective logistics practices and inventory levels that meet customer delivery requirements.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering from an accredited institution.




Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing company.
Solid knowledge of business systems, reports, supply chain management tools, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
Experience in data analysis and preparation of consolidated management reports.
Knowledge and compliance with corporate policies and procedures, including quality and environmental systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
Knowledge and compliance with the Eaton business system (EBS) and its tools.
**Skills**:
Ability to lead and direct supply chain teams.
Ability to train and educate direct subordinates in the use of supply chain management tools.
Ability to analyze and evaluate inventory and delivery problems and recommend and implement solutions to optimize inventory levels and customer service.
Ability to coordinate with the corporate central supply chain function to drive best practices throughout the company.
Ability to implement lean manufacturing tools, including pull systems, leveling systems, and visual management systems.
Ability to evaluate group operational performance and facilitate performance management, merit promotions, job transfers, dismissals, and commendations.
