**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are a currently launching and growing Takeda ICC - Innovation Capability Centre in Mexico to lead the digital revolution, hence we are looking for skilled Software Testers to design and execute the software tests on shared platforms to identify problems as soon as possible. You will align and integrate well with testers, developers, engineers, analysts, scrum masters, delivery managers and other stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review user stories and evaluate their acceptance criteria.
- Identify product risks and recommend steps to minimize them.
- Review and contribute to test plans and test reports.
- Create test approaches, test scenarios, test cases and automated test scripts for new or changed software.
- Implement software tests, using either manual or automated approaches, as well as exploratory testing, and evaluate results.




- Run diverse sets of tests on new or changed software products to ensure they satisfy all specifications and requirements.
- Write detailed, high quality defect reports for any issues encountered during testing activities.
- Provide feedback to software developers and stakeholders regarding usability and functionality.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in software testing focused on test automation and/or willingness to invest in developing test automation skills.
- Good in analyzing problems and developing solutions.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Team player with innovative thinking.
