Mekra Lang México, empresa de giro automotriz solicita Payroll Specialist.
**Requeriments**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accountant or related.
- +5 years experience in a similar position, headcount management with 300 employees.
- Social Security and housing processes
- Local Laws (Local Labor, Taxes, Social Security, and Housing Laws).
- In house payroll processes.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient with MS Office - strong Excell skills.
- Excellent analytical skills. Strong communications skills (verbal & written), human relations, and strong ethics.
- ERP experience. SAP preferable, Compaq, Nomipaq, SUA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process and analyze Payroll on base of Pre-Payroll timecard reports and adjustment forms given by HR Department.
- Prepare paychecks, including computation and calculation of special checks for overtime, bonus, vacation, retroactive, and termination pay.




- Transmit and receive files and process reports related to pre-payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Administration and management of plastics card for payroll and food coupons.
- Perform miscellaneous data entry, posting, and filing assignments in SAP, related to Payroll and SUA.
- Design, document and implement procedures to optimize payroll processes.
- Journal Entry Payroll in SAP
- Perform Reports and analysis of Reconciliations Nomipaq vs SAP
- Maintain an efficient invoice filing system
- Meet Close Calendar deadlines
- Inputs to and respond to inquiries from external auditors
- Other responsibilities as required & acts as a backup for Payroll Specialist
