**What You’ll Do**:
- Work closely with accounting team to ensure accurate processing and provide reconciliation details as needed.
- Maintain valid and accurate vendor database and AP records.
- Analyze accounts payable monthly invoices for accrual estimate, including monthly communication with vendors for current monthly invoicing/estimates.




- Monitor organization-wide vendor W-9 and W8-ben submissions & ensure documents are saved to the vendor records in NetSuite and/or Airbase.
- AP Aging review in NetSuite, compare to AP Aging in Airbase and research and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile AP with vendor statements to ensure AP records in NS & Airbase are consistent.
- Coordinate and reconcile corporate card expenses, including collaboration with business partners, as well as integration between Airbase and NetSuite.
- Process employee expense reports in Airbase and validate sync to NetSuite.
- Review and approve expense reports based on the company’s T&E; policy and serve as primary contact for all-expense report inquiries.
- Perform flux analysis of various vendors and GL accounts in support of the end-of-month closing process.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts monthly, including the Airbase clearing account.
