**DESCRIPTION**
- Create product, tool, & process definition
- Meet or exceed program targets (machine cycle time, work content, material)
- Build the internal engineering schedule to match with the customer master schedule
- Lead product definition (completion of CAD) completed by Design Leader
- Development to ensure compliance to requirements
- Functional analysis when required, develop the DFMEA and characteristics.
- Release documentation for the plant (instruction sheet, process data sheet)
- Responsible for the full product and process validation, to reach product PPAP
- Approval (PPAP) on time and in compliance with OEM and legal requirements
- Identify product changes with cost impact to reach “design to cost” and VAVE objectives
- Control tool tuning costs to stay within budget / under target.
- Supports program management at customer to achieve the profitability objective




- Leads the PDCA for technical problem-solving.
- Ensure good communication within the extended technical team, production plant
- Coaching teams as well as sub suppliers his/her team-members to reach performance
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Automotive Systems Engineer, Industrial, Mechanic, Mechatronic, Electric or related
- Strong knowledge in **DFMEA** and its characteristics
- Knowledge **VAVE** (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) and **PDCA**:
- Strong Knowledge in **PPAP**:
- Knowledge of **IATF** standard
- Experience with **OEMs** and its legal requirements
- **Fluent English**:
- Position for 3 months
