**Human Resources Analyst**
The role of our HR Analyst is to support various aspects of the organization's workforce, focusing on developing, and retaining talented employees. The responsibilities encompass a wide range of HR functions in different areas supporting the lead teams, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
This professionals are essential in ensuring that the organization's most valuable asset, its employees, are well-managed, motivated, and supported in their roles. You would work closely with management, employees, and other stakeholders to create a positive work environment and contribute to the organization's overall success and growth.

**Academic/training requirements**:
- Minimum academic training: Advanced current students, Completed university, or training equivalent to a university baccalaureate or higher in a related field.
- Primary area of professional training: Psychology, Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration
- Languages: Spanish & English B2/C1
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, in a HR department role
**Specific knowledge required**:
- Human resources operations: to act as a resource to employees, supervisors and managers regarding employee issues and interpreting Company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Local Legal requirements and government reporting regulations to ensure policies, procedures and others are in compliance.
- Administrative responsibilities such as recruiting, employee relations and employee engagement.
- Standard office practices and procedures
- ERP´s, ATS and HRIS systems
- Proven ability with data management, report writing, dashboard creation, and querying.
- Critical Thinking

**Responsibilities/tasks to be executed according to the final role**:
- Support the maintenance of HR systems and processes.
- Process map all transactional functions within HR to develop a flow to activities.
- Conduct mass uploads of data into the HRIS system as needed
- Generate monthly and quarterly analytics on headcount, turnover and other HR metrics.
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll, including supervisor timecard review and final approval.
- Provide support and assistance in calculating and processing all bonus and incentive payments.
- Produce reports and organization charts in support of the Company’s headcount, salary planning and budgeting process.
- Participating in the recruitment and selection process to conducting introductory interviews
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources to integrate successfully into the organization.
- Execution of the existing employee development programs, training initiatives, and performance management processes that enhance employees' skills and support their career growth.
- Executing the compensation and benefits review programs; conducting salary reviews, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
- Designing and executing initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being in the workplace.
- Utilizing and managing HR technology platforms and systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or performance management software, to streamline HR processes.
- Fostering diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse workforce and an inclusive workplace environment.
- Participate in the design of succession plans to identify and develop internal talent for key roles and leadership positions.
- Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and leave policies.
- Employee Exit Process: Managing the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
**Collaboration scheme**
- Type of contract: Direct hiring
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm (adaptable)
- Financial compensation: Negotiable, according to final role
