**What You'll Do**:
- Deliver excellent client service experiences based on Alliance brand standards
- Understand the Alliance Client Journey, and how support interacts with marketing, sales and success to deliver appropriate experiences and achieve the clients’ desired outcomes.
- Communicating with clients about our products and their accounts.
- Resolving service questions and issues to prevent dissatisfaction or churn and help expand client lifetime value, client loyalty and revenue.
- Collect payment from past due accounts
- Maintain excellent rapport with clients to build long lasting business relationships.
- Seek to continuously improve their service skills and product knowledge.




- Seek to improve the processes the team follows by working with sups and manager.
- Follow best practices and tools for speedy problem resolution
- Assist the Service Manager and Supervisors with any additional tasks that may arise.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is desirable
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude
- High degree of fluency in English with solid oral and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $7,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
