**About the Role**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Analyst. This role will encompass various responsibilities, such as:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including data entry of receipts, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Manage the processing of bills, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements by performing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of supporting documentation.
- Work closely with the accounting team to compile data and information required for financial reporting.
- Support the implementation of accounting standards and policies to ensure compliance.
- Execute day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries and month-end close processes.
**Who You Are**:
- Accounting, Finance,



or related field graduate with work experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative tasks.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a keen interest in understanding and improving processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Some nice to haves:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and familiarity with financial statements.
- Experience or interest in the fintech sector (will need to understand how the whole business works to handle financial records).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
