**Responsibilities may include**:
Ensures the technical delivery of a project, makes the follow-up of the functional analysis and controls the customer requirements.
1. Responsible of Quality-Cost-Delivery:
- Estimates the workloads and the Unrealized
- Plans and assigns activities
- Monitors the risks
2. Prepares and chairs the weekly Projects Comitees.
3. Prepares and participates in monthly Steering comitees
4. Applies the ALTEN processes, methods and tools (specifically the ADF kit)
5. Follows KPIs and prepares the projects operational reporting to the project director.

Participates in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at both operational and financial levels).
Typology of managed projects: Leads several projects with high level of comitment.
Enforces the behavioral rules regarding quality, health, security and environment defined by the Group and advised by the customer on its project.
**Requirements**:
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 6+ years of previous experience with cost and financial planning management.
- 2 years minimum of previous experience on fixed price projects as project manager
- Manages or has managed a team of at least 30 people
- Leadership experience from 2+ years expected
- Previous experience with PMO office
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
