**Job Title**: Remote Customer Service & Operations Representative**
**About our client**
**Responsibilities**:
- Business 1 (May-September) _
- Join the team to provide top-quality customer service.
- Assist with customer inquiries, scheduling, and on-site operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold company policies.
- Business 2 (October-April) _
- Customer service and facility management.
- Handle inquiries, rentals, and payments, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Maintain a secure and organized storage facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications,



Skills and Key Competencies**:
- Previous experience working in Customer Service for a US business
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to adapt to the seasonal nature of both businesses.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and some overlapping days as needed.
- Excellent English level both written and spoken Must be located in Latin America**Benefits**:
