**Job Summary**:
- Position within the leadership chain in Manufacturing Engineering, responsible of direct support towards the completion and implementation of higher impact level activities.
- Leadership within the team through GPTW strategy and Polaris Values are a day-to-day basis in this position to succeed.
- Focused on implementation of new products, technologies, improve current operations and processes Aligned with Plant KPIs: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Provide support during new introduction model Full leadership and support for new product introduction
- Follow up Quality Audit KPIs (QSR, IR)
- Follow up Safety KPIs (PSI)
- Provide support during the assigned production shift and be able to provide support during over time Overtime support for day-to-day issues found in assembly Line
- Provide support during critical Runs and critical periods of time (Month end, Quarter end, Year-end) where extra support is needed due the extra labor
Critical run supports (end of month, quarter end, year-end)
- Provide support to ME Sr, to follow up activities with Production, Planning, Warehouse and other departments.
- Provide support on Scrap,



Downtime and Root Cause Investigation.
- Provide support on follow up activities with Maintenance & Control.
- Provide support improvement in Fixtures, Machines, equipment, presses and process control
- Helps to identify root causes of Quality Audit findings and suggest ways to improve and correct
- Provide leadership with Process and Standard Work Tech
**Skills, knowledge and education**:
- Bachelor’s degree related to Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Manufacturing Engineering or Administration in progress.
- 1-3 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Production / QA
- Knowledge in design software (AutoCAD / Solid) preferred.
- Required software proficiency including all MS Office Tools
- Required advanced knowledge (AS400, BOM, BOM analyzer, Powerlink, Indusoft basic)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and be efficient with multiple tasks
- Proficient English Language skills are preferred.
