**Job Description**:
As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities

**Requerimientos Principal**:
- Ingeniería en mecatrónica, electríca o experiência similar
- Inglés conversacional
- Experiência en procesos de mantenimiento, mecánico, hidraúlico, neumático, conocimiento robots, plc's
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos 4x3 días y turnos de descanso varian incluyendo fin de semana
**Responsabilidades**:
- Supervisión de Personal
- Establecer programas de acción para cumplimiento de métricas
- Estrategias para mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo
- Seguimiento sistema GMS
- Asistencia a juntas, generación de reportes entre otras
