**Job Description**:
This is a Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
What you will do:
Support attorneys on all aspects of in-house legal practice.
- Gather facts and information
- Research and analyze laws, regulations
- Draft relevant correspondence and responses to inquires
- Collaborate with numerous corporate partners and industry groups.
- Oversee legal matters
- Handle complex matters and issues
- Provide enthusiastic and strategic project management support
- Analyze and solve issues or concerns
**Additional Job Description**:
Be responsible for the budget management of the Legal & Compliance Department, including invoices payment process. Participate in the projects assigned by the General Counsel, for example: (i) collaborate with the Compliance Officer regarding Anti-Money Laundry and Privacy activities; (ii) elaborate the NDA’s and other low risk legal documents assigned by the General Counsel in accordance with GM’s policies and procedures; (iii) manage the customer claims database; (iv) maintain the regulatory compliance system; and, (v) keep track of milestones accomplishments on the Legal & Compliance initiatives and projects initiatives matrix. Perform administrative tasks like power point presentations drafting, expense reports, meetings scheduling, and travels of General Counsel and Public Policy Director.
It is expected that the employee work 65-70% of the time in projects and low risk legal tasks, and 30-35% on administrative matters.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 1 year experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal
- Advanced English Level
- Ms Office
