**Responsibilities**:
- Performs Quality Control (QC) reviews of completed MCA tests
- Becomes SME on organizational programs (MCA, EUC Program, Mandatory Absence) and leads Workgroups assigned to programs
- Works with a geographically dispersed team of resources to perform / create reports
- Ensures appropriate remedial actions are in place where deficiencies are identified
- Provides timely responses to ad-hoc queries that might require detailed investigation
- Diligent review of key policies in scope
- Leverages existing tools and metrics to implement and support new initiatives

**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years Project Management experience in financial services, control compliance or legal disciplines
- Experience with work-flow systems
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.




- Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Tableau, PowerBi, Power Pivot experience would be an advantage
- SQL/Database analysis experience would be a plus
- Proven experience in independently handling reporting objectives and interacting with teams across all lines of defense globally
- Understanding of the Risk & Control disciplines, standards and associated systems (Citi Risk & Control, etc.)
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional & advanced english written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to audiences of varying levels of seniority
