**Job Description**:
his is a hybrid role, this position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
What you will do:
Analyst must be able to develop and communicate transfer pricing information and projection on a timely and precise fashion, supporting current and future Programs, understand E2E processes and then improve them, follow all necessary steps to avoid actual and forecast disconnection, build and maintain strong cross-functional partnership.
**Responsibility**:
- Become familiar with Transfer Pricing Definition / Methods
- Develop GM de Mexico ROA for Legal Business Entity and provide explanations as required
- Timely and accurately transfer price calculation and /or forecasting & budget for different flows in GMNA including:
- For Mexico from Allied Partners
- For Canada from Allied Partners
- For Canada from Allied Partners
- Brigthdrop
- Other as needed
- Pricing Information Upload in different Systems, including ~24 countries for an overseas distribution entity and communication for partners to update in legacy system (VBARS)
- Solve transfer pricing / accounting issues when arise
- Work on transformation initiatives leveraging continuous improvement tools (i.e., OpEx, Design thinking, etc.)
- Embrace and significantly contribute towards Workplace of Choice leveraging culture, strategy, and tools (i.e., WoC surveys, eNPS survey & huddle, etc.)

**gm specific **-eGGPS; VBARS; GCARS; Various SAP instances (i.e. PE7, PE0, PE1, PE3, etc.)
**Non gm specific**:
- SAP; Excel macro; PowerBi; KNIME
