Position overview: We are currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Team Lead Engineer to join our team. Join us in shaping the future of our tech-enabled services and making a significant impact in the industry.
- Responsibilities: Leading of team of ~5 team members
- Work within an Agile setting, conducting daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning and retrospective ceremonies
- Set up sprint goals for the team
- Estimate, identify, and execute high priority work for the team
- Identify and remove blockers for the team
- Break-down large features into epics/stories designing the solution with solid architectural and technical decisions
- Share knowledge and experience through mentoring, code reviews, technical and thought leadership in internal-facing activities
- Lead technical discussions, facilitate/present the pros and cons of various approaches,



and drive sound decisions that the stakeholders accept
- Communicate and report effectively across scrum teams to deliver features and business value
- Lead the implementation of the solution’s architecture from ideation to completion
- Monitor and support project standards, approaches, and policies
- Gathering requirements
- Decomposition of User Stories to technical tasks for Backend developers
- Guiding team members with the best possible solution approaches
- Prioritization and planning
- Code review
- Requirements: Over 5 years' experience leading software development teams
- More than 8 years of relevant work experience in software development and design
- Experience in Node.js development
- Experience integrating with AWS
- Experience analyzing and designing technical solutions
- BS in software development, computer science, or related field (Equivalent experience accepted)
- Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g., algorithms and data structures)
- Foundational knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
