**Job Description** Main Objective**
Be part of the manufacturing team responsible for the production of Wiper Motors and Armatures. Lead and execute activities and projects during an intensive improvement phase of highly automated machines and production lines and contribute to the achievement of the Manufacturing Focus KPIs of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Help improve and ensure operating conditions and qualifications for machines and operators.
**What challenges will you have?**
- Lead the improvement process for the main manufacturing KPIs: Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Define and execute the system for accelerated improvement process incl. Know-How exchange with other Plants in Serbia and China
- Execute improvement projects in all its phases: from Data Collection to Implementation of machine modifications
- Ensure Quality in manufacturing processes as required by Product Specifications.
- Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines, including but not limited to: equipment procurement and supplier follow-up, line trials and release
- Update current standards for Standardized Work and provide new when necessary




- Contribute to the development of Technical Competences of Shopfloor Team by definition of clear technical standards (e.g. TPM instructions, Tooling Maintenance, Change Over, etc.)
- Support on reducing down times on production due to missing machinery, tools or devices and provide assistance on the problem solving for machinery failure.
- Develop Quality assurance processes using Quality Core Tools
**Qualifications** Technical Knowledge**
- Lean Manufacturing, preferably certified
- Problem solving (Shainin, six sigma)
- Core Tools
- Data Analysis Tools
- Experience with Power BI Dashboards is a plus.
