This is a hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
**Responsibilities**:
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems utilizing industry-standard algorithms and tools.
- Collaborate with development staff to determine operational requirements for test/production environments.
- Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches, and bug fixes.
- Monitor system capacity and performance through APM tools, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide Tier 2 technical support.
- Possess excellent analytical skills, a resiliency mindset, attention to detail (especially in the production environment), and excellent collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Be highly versátil in hours of work due to the customer-facing,



highly available infrastructure necessity.
**Qualifications**:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in production support.
- Strong experience with Linux command line and operating systems.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Docker, Maven.
