**Key responsibilities**:
Tool Management. Update information. Creating Venues. Administrator Role
Assisting the events area with all types of meetings.




Supporting the events manager with logístical and administrative tasks
Possibility to attend some meetings to act as a second point of contact
Assist full-time staff with day-to-day operations and event planning.
Assist with drafting surveys and collecting and analyzing responses.
