**The Responsibilities**:
・Manage customer relationship management (CRM) to streamline lead management and derive insights for conversion strategies
・Evaluate marketing endeavors to enhance effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
・Identify industry trends and competitor insights to refine marketing tactics, expenditure, and performance
・Enhance website structure and content for better search engine visibility (SEO) and utilize paid online advertising (SEM)
・Ensure website content aligns with online objectives




・Collaborate with internal teams to create optimized landing pages and improve user experience
・Support social media campaigns with photography or videography as required
・Liaise with vendors to enhance company social media activity
・Perform any ad hoc duties
