**Job Summary**:

As the General Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and profitability.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience as General Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
- English: Conversation level.
