Responsibilities and more:
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals for our clients.
- Identify and research potential speakers for the programs.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of speakers and venues.
- Liaise with and secure speakers and venues in Silicon Valley.
- Design and manage the information systems for our clients (e.g., Sched).
- Coordinate and lead the groups during their stay in Silicon Valley, ensuring punctuality at each event.
