- Design solutions using Oracle ERP platform to meet organization's financial requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design architecture of finance module within ERP.
- Configure Oracle ERP Finance modules to align with organization's financial processes.
- Set up chart of accounts, define accounting rules, configure financial reporting structures,



and customize workflows.
- Ensure seamless data flow between finance and other functional areas.
- Design and implement integration interfaces, data mappings, and synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including finance teams, business leaders, IT professionals, and third-party vendors throughout implementation lifecycle.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financials solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud AND R12 Financial modules
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP Financials modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Tax
- Must have proficient English (B2 and above)
