RESPONSABILITIES: -Provide engineering support for EPS & WNC products used and sold into the Aerospace and Military markets. -Support specific development activities as part of a larger development project, organizing experiments, trials, testing, and collating data. -Support VAVE activities collaborating in brainstorm sessions, innovative solutions, organizing experiments, trials, testing, and collating data. -Suggest design changes of new products to reduce costs and overall manufacturing efficiency -Provide support for product and materials obsolescence and product migration. -Lead continuous improvement activities for product streamlining. -Work closely with Lead Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers and Operations to successfully deliver new development projects into operations.



-Run product development trials of New Product Development projects while fully integrating with the LEANPD process and PLM Central, ensuring that work is scheduled to meet pre-determined targets. -Support key data collection for DFMEA, PFMEA, and Qualification data. -Write Product Specifications, Quality Test Plans and Test Reports, and update existing product specifications when required. -Transfer Programs to Mexico Manufacturing facilities
