**About the Role**
This role in our Monterrey Center of Excellence leads a team of appointments experts. The team is responsible for setting pick-up and delivery appointments and generating ideas for process and system changes that lead to improved efficiency and/or carrier or customer experience improvement. This role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on work.
- Supervise day-to-day activities of team members who schedule pick-up and delivery appointments
- Ensure team members meet daily goals
- Monitor individual and team performance
- Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Perform time-sensitive, front-line, customer and carrier-facing work by scheduling appointments
- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Build and schedule loads in our systems
- Provide top-tier customer service and schedule all appointments in a timely manner
- Support fast-paced,



centralized operational account operations
- Process improvement
- Other responsibilities as assigned
**Basic Qualifications**
- 2 - 3 years’ experience on Logistics/Transportation operations
- At least 1 year managing personnel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Logistics Expertise—Understand import and export operation basics, function of the Elogs and fuel
- Reporting and Analytics (Ability to run BI reports; validate information; understand report, and offer feedback and deliver insights to your manager and or customer contacts on the information contained within the report)
- Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas
