**About our client**
We are working with a premier player in the industrial real estate sector in Mexico, with a strong presence in core industrial markets throughout the country. Our client seeks a financial analyst to work alongside senior management and institutional investors to source, evaluate and execute new investment opportunities. The position is based in Monterrey, Mexico. **What the job involves**
- Elaborate financial models of new projects
- Lead the preparation of the annual plan, as well as the on-going forecast of the fund's results
- Update, control, and report the status of the annual plan on a quarterly basis
- Oversee and keep track of the fund's growth for the short and long term
- Analyse information and complete reports that help senior management identify trends to improve the fund's performance
- Identify potential implications to business, key actions, and strategic changes to implement based on available information




- Advise on financial matters regarding new business opportunities
- Recommend funding structures that better suit the investors' profile
- Perform analytical review of financial statements
**Who we are looking for**
- Experience in real estate development, construction industry, private equity, and / or investment banking
- Impeccable financial modelling skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, management, economics, or engineering. MBA is desirable
- Analytical thinker and detail oriented
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must. Previous experience working is bilingual environments is a plus
