We are currently searching for a standout **Financial Planner & Analyst** ready to excel in an international setting.
**WE OFFER**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to develop and update the company's financial plan.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management and the board of directors.
- Monitor the company's budget and perform variance analysis.
- Create clear and concise financial reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
**REQUIREMENTS**




- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with US GAAP financial statements.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience in performance marketing is required.
- Prior professional experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or consumer subscription companies.
- Prior professional experience in e-commerce (digital transactions) is accepted.
- Prior professional experience in investment banking is accepted (additional positive experience).
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00 PST).
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
