**GLOBAL 3PL SUPERVISOR (FOREIGN TRADE, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE)**

**Requirements**:
**Grade**: Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics, International Business, Administration or related career.
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in the line of business or 5 years in multimodal operations with knowledge as Freight Forwarder.
**Languages**:Advanced English (80% - 100%).
**Some activities**:
- Supervise maritime, air, land and other services provided by Global Logistics, Ensures compliance with operational, legal and regulatory requirements of the operations of the team under his charge.
- Anticipates, attends and gives immediate solution to complaints, observations or suggestions from customers inherent to the logistics operation.
- Manage in a timely manner everything related to our membership as FIATA, AMACARGA, WCA & C5C agent,



in addition to ensuring the guidelines for accreditation as an IATA agent in relation to compliance with our obligations of trained personnel and with their current certificates, control of CASS cuts and ensure that the Finance area makes the payment in a timely manner.
- Supervise and ensure the financial viability of the operation of the team in charge.
- Follow up on the invoicing and closing of operations in order to meet the deadlines agreed with the Finance Area for weekly advances and month-end closing.
- Perform a review of the monthly profit and loss report of each closed operation, identifying if anything does not correspond, any missing cost or sale to be considered or there is any error in the capture of estimates.
- Consolidate a work culture based on processes and values, having as a priority the internal and external customer satisfaction, as well as motivate and maintain a collaborative work spirit, having meetings with the customer.
