**Position Objective**:
Supervise and assign tasks of the warehouse team (either shipments, receipts, raw material and finished product warehouse, as well as cyclic counts and recycle).
- **Responsibilities and Functions**_
- Responsible for coordinating with cyclic counters daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy of inventories.
- Responsible for implementing processes within the warehouse, shipping and receiving for the proper performance of the operation.
- Responsible for inventory and requisition of production and warehouse MRO's through Max-Min.
- Responsible for material supply to production lines (Assortment)
- Responsible for the design, flow, and staging of materials in the warehouse.
- Maintain communication with the Procurement team, Buena Park Warehouse, suppliers, scheduling, production for the correct and smooth process of both raw materials and finished product.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment used in warehouse in good condition in coordination with external suppliers.
- Review and declare monthly scrap percentages with NAPS for virtual closing.
- Present and maintain KPI's of the operation.




- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and finished product both physical vs. ERP
- Schedule trainings for warehouse team on ERP handling, forklifts, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating and planning year-end inventories.
- Responsible for coordinating with cyclic counters daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy of inventories.
- Responsible for implementing processes within the company
- Weekly meetings with the warehouse team to follow up on department performance and recognition.
- **Requirements**:_
- 3 years of experience in materials
- Advanced Excel (Power BI - desirable)
- Intermediate English
- Handling of MRP - ERP systems / Desirable in AX system
- Oriented to develop skills to your staff
- **Location.**_ La Encantada, El Florido Industrial Park.
- **Schedule.**_ Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:00 pm (shift availability).
