What You'll Do
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance goals.
✅ Monitor and drive KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
✅ Manage performance, attendance, and productivity while fostering a positive team culture.
✅ Handle escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
✅ Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
✅ Deliver coaching, feedback,



and development plans to strengthen team performance.
What We're Looking For
? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO environment.
? C1 English level required (spoken and written).
? Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
? Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, performance metrics, and reporting.
? Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
