About us:

We're a boutique Amazon advertising agency managing PPC for established brands ($1M–$15M in revenue). We're small, sharp, and we don't hide behind decks - clients come to us for straight talk and real results, not polish. We're growing, and we're adding a senior strategist to own accounts so the founder can step back from day-to-day delivery. Our strategists don't manage accounts - they own outcomes.

What you'll actually do:
- Own accounts end-to-end. You're the single point of accountability for client results and retention - you run onboarding, set strategy, deliver results, and keep the account. You own the relationship; our PPC managers own execution; both of you own the result.
- Author the strategy. Audit accounts, find the biggest levers, and decide the moves: harvesting, scaling winners, cutting bleeders, rank plays, budget and bid strategy across SP/SB/SD.
- Drive results, not reports. Analyze each brand's performance and profitability weekly. Diagnose problems before the client notices them. Translate numbers into clear, confident client communication.




- Drive the execution team. Two PPC managers handle the hands-on work. You direct them, review their work, log the decisions, and make sure things actually get done and reported accurately — you close loops, you don't let them sit open.
- Own client communication. Weekly cadence, review calls, and proactive updates. If an account drifts, the client hears it from you first - silence is a client's anxiety, and you close that gap. Response within 2 hours during business hours.
- (Optional) Close new business. After a lead is booked, you take the call, present the audit findings, and present the plan and price. You convert through credibility and a sharp diagnosis - not hard-sell tactics.
