**_ SUMMARY OF POSITION: _**
The Analyst, Audit is responsible for supporting various aspects of participations audits. Responsibilities include planning and preparation of documents, pulling and reviewing agreements, and other ad hoc special projects. The Analyst will also be assisting in fieldwork for the FCRA Audit department and will provide information for audits related to Participations reporting.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. **Support audit in the timely completion of researching, gathering and reconciling of data/reports, documents, and materials as requested.**40%**
**2. **Assist Senior Analysts during audit fieldwork by pulling support from SAP and other systems. Requesting audit backup from Warner business units. **40%**

**Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.**20%**
**_ JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS_**
**Work Experience**
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in accounting, audit or finance environment
- Experience working for an Audit firm a plus
- Experience in Participations a plus
- Entertainment industry experience a plus
**Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification**:
BA/BS degree required
**Knowledge/Skills**
- Must be detail oriented
- Proficient in SAP a plus
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math and algebra skills
- Strong ability to interact professionally with auditors and all levels of company personnel and management
- Ability to read and understand extracts of legal agreements
**Other Requirements**
- Must be a confident individual, who is a quick learner who takes initiative and is results-oriented
- Must be a team player with high-level of interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work overtime, as needed
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
