Works with Supplies team to create standard and custom reports for the Sales organization, to support demand generation activities,



to perform market research and analytics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Works with team to provide business and tools support to Sales and other functions
- Support supplies sales staff
- Participates and assists team with market research & analytics
- Works with updating of reports and dashboards as needed
- Work with key support teams to help resolve or escalate issues
- Works with team to support Sales Support Analysis activity
- Uses discretion and judgment on less complex assignments to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of time
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational experience
- Less than 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or applicable role
- Analytic oriented skills
- Detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage tasks in a time conscious manner to achieve goals
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and databases
