**Responsibilities**:
- Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures to determine, set up, and operate tips manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in order to successfully implement process improvements




- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest level of product quality
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals and deliver exceptional results
- Aid in the enhancement and documentation of effective methods to foster ongoing progress.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment in a regulated industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
