**About the opportunity?**:
The SCM Inventory Receiver position is responsible for handling the receiving of materials in a timely and efficient manner for our remote 3rd party warehouses, located in USA, CAN and Mexico:
- Receive incoming shipments confirmations from multiple locations and verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices.
- Ensure materials are being held under the right location in the company system.
- Coordinate with transportation to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments when materials arrive in the wrong location.




- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control with inventory reports management, monthly reconciliations, and annual physical counts.
- Maintain a strong communication with all 3rd party warehouses.
- Collaboration with suppliers and internal departments, regarding receiving issues, deliveries, and inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain a cordial open channel of correspondence between internal and external customers.
- Must have the ability to make concise, accurate and quick decisions which impact the business operations.
**About you**:
In addition to 1 year of experience in inventory management related activities, you must also have:
**Functional Knowledge**
- Ability to multi-task many activities simultaneously.
- Work well with the warehousing operations team to accomplish a lean approach to inventory management.
**IT**
- MS-Office Proficient in Excel - Must.
- Experience with SAP - Beneficial.
**Language**
- Spanish - Must.
- English - Must.
