- Site Technical support for infrastructure of computer equipment, networks, servers and all kind of IT systems for DOMO property. - Uses skills as a mature experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; solves a wide range of issues. Work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires the evaluation of identifiable factors. - Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. - Interacts with internal and external clients. Typically receives a minimum instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments. - Determines and develops solution approach
Experiência y requisitos
- Provides support and technical guidance to users. - Implement and maintain systems. - Develop and execute projects. - Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance to servers, networks, printers, cabling, and equipment throughout the plant. - Develop long-term solutions in high incidence situations. - Improve / Optimize processes. Reduction of time, effort and cost. - Attend various work meetings - Monitoring of work processes and procedures. - Under indirect supervision is responsible for providing immediate response to resolve end-user problems in information systems. - Designs, develops, modifies, debugs, and evaluates programs for use in internal systems within functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing, customs,



and purchasing. - Analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, design logic procedures, prepare flowcharts, perform coding, and test/debug programs. - Develop plans for system conversion and implementation. Prepares and obtains systems approval and programming documentation. Recommend development changes. - Confidentiality, security and integrity of information and systems. - Maintain systems with latest versions of law or provider. - Trains users in system conversion and implementation. - All those administrative activities that are required to carry out its function. - Maintain all the plant appliances (softwares) SKILLS REQUIRED Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills. - University degree or engineering related to Information Technology or two (2) years of work experience which must be related to the areas of Information Technology. - Knowledge in computer programs. - Database administration and programming. - Human relations, communication, teamwork and Innovation. - Discreet, proactive, negotiator, service approach, teamwork, flexible, analytical. - English 80% preferred. - Visa laser.
