Role Description
We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to ensure the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of our supplier base. This role will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to prevent quality issues, resolve non-conformances, reduce supply chain risks, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements.

SCAR & Supplier Complaint Management.
Corrective Action Follow-Up.
RMA & Material Return Management.
APQP / PPAP.
Root Cause Analysis.
Supply Chain Risk Reduction.
Documentation & Regulatory Compliance.

Requirements
Education: bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
+4 years of experience in similar position.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with supplier quality management and corrective action processes.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP.
Ability to conduct supplier audits and manage quality improvement projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong sense of urgency and ownership when addressing quality issues.
