Accountabilities:
As a Contract Guidance Team Lead, you will define, own, and support efficient routing support processes. You will be the primary point of contact for queries relating to Contracting Services, including blocking issues and address in a timely manner. You will also manage performance data and metrics to ensure process and performance issues are identified and route cause analysis is conducted. Additionally, you will provide leadership to a global team and foster a positive team culture.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (general business, managed health care, legal or finance fields are preferred) or equivalent experience
- Fluent English
- Experience leading and managing a global team and providing services to different functions in the organisation
- Deployment and project management experience
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and turnaround times, work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills




- Capable of working independently but also take instruction and direction from others
- High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- An understanding of the bio-pharmaceutical market
- Strong Project Management/Organization Skills
- Previous contract development or related experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry is preferred
