**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICA and CI modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
- Develop and document functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Configure and customize SAP FICA and CI modules to meet business needs.
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions are functioning as expected.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP FICA and CI functionalities.
- Monitor and maintain the SAP FICA and CI environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and functionality, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of SAP projects.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.




- Proven experience as an SAP FICA and CI Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- Experience with Accounts Receivables.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA processes, including account determination, invoicing, dunning, and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of SAP Convergent Invoicing, including integration with other SAP modules like CRM, SD, and FI/CO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- SAP certification in FICA and/or CI.
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and technologies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in financial contract accounting and convergent invoicing.
- Experience in (specific industry or niche relevant to the company).
