We are looking for a full-time Dental Billing Specialist for an American Company. This person must be detail oriented, well organized, and proactive.
As our Dental Billing Specialist, you will work with our staff, patients, and insurance companies to ensure that patients’ insurance claims are paid accurately based on verification.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collecting 100% of balances due
- Submitting clean claims within 24 hours of being audited
- Following up on aged claims every 14 days
- Getting the over 90+ insurance aging to zero and keeping it there
- Work with offices and Call Center Representatives communicating
- Changes in patients’ insurance
**Qualifications**:
- Oral or Dental Surgery Billing experience (ideally at least 2 years)




- Deep understanding of EOBs and knowing how to accurately review payments and adjustments
- Love the challenge of persistently working with insurance claims
- Self-directed, know how to effectively set goals and work independently
- Excellent Written and Spoken English level
