If you have **THREE (3) YEARS** of experience in the full recruitment cycle, assessment, and selection of IT profiles and have knowledge in:
- Management of the main job boards.
- Interviews by competencies
- Creation of market research reports.
Understanding of the main profiles requested in service companies, consulting firms, and IT integrators (Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PM, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, etc.)
It is a **PLUS** if you have managed processes at an international level.
