The US&C; Finance Analyst role is responsible for managing US and Canada region, at a country-site level.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide and support the FM team during financial planning processes such as Budget and Forecasts.




- Work closely with Sourcing in regards cost reduction initiatives and programs to ensure their inclusion during Budget and Forecast cycles.
- Monitor in conjunction with FM all facility expenses at a country-site level
- Provide both high level and detailed information for budget vs actuals monthly results.
- Responsible for all month-end processes including but not limited to accruals, reclassifications, Open PO validation, etc., in accordance with client accounting policies.
- Develop and improve existing processes and templates to optimize current operation.
- Perform other financial management administrative duties related to country-site such as updating systems and tools, data collection, cost calculations, required trend analysis, etc.
- Act as SME to FM, TM and PJM to solve any issues or queries in regard to financial items.
