Mattel is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Cost Analytics & Performance LATAM to support the regional Finance team. You will monitor product cost, inventory and logistics costs, explain variances, and translate data into actionable insights for the business.
In this role you will partner with FP&A;, Controllership, Supply Chain and integral stakeholders, strengthen reporting quality, and contribute to cost performance improvement across LATAM.
