Main duties
- Diagnoses anomalies and implement corrective actions.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of actions implemented on the planner
- Collects and manages internal customer needs and requests.. >> Assessment indicator : Internal customer satisfaction
- Performs a series of tasks on a daily basis for the maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene, etc.), maintenance and tidying of buildings, areas, equipment, catering areas and green spaces.. >> Assessment indicator : Number of Claims
- Consults service providers and manage certain contracts.. >> Assessment indicator : Compliance with contract schedules
