**JOB PURPOSE**
Management of Mechanical & Assembly fixture and/or machine used in both PCBA
**JOB DETAIL**
- Setup including validation and maintenance of mechanical/assembly fixture and machine for new projects.
- Additional prototype mechanical/assembly fixture fabrication and validation.
- Handling of abnormal mechanical/assembly issues during production.
- Setup and validation of mechanical/assembly fixture and machine including strain gauge measurements and Gauge R&R; as needed for new projects.
- Packing standard/materials preparation, review and validation including label matrix creation.
**SKILLS AND EDUCATION**
- Bachelor degree completed
- English 80% or higher
- 2-3 years of experience in product mechanical design, assembly,



development and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge in CNC & CMM machine, CAD software, regulatory standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Project management experience (preferable)
