**Your Job**
Directs and coordinates all production activities through subordinates. Coordinate and supervise the production to achieve production objectives consistent with cost, high quality, reliability and delivery requirements.

**What You Will Do**
- Handling and control of materials on the production floor
- Personnel management and human resources optimization and materials
- Shop floor troubleshooting
- Statistical control
- Line balancing (time taking)
- Interact with purchasing departments, master planning and production planning for develop production schedules and releases work orders.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- 3 to 5 years in a similar position
- Electrical or mechanical engineer preferred




- Experience in the harness industry, PCB, molded cables, fiber optics.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, (kanban, Poka Yoke, etc.)
- Intermediate English (conversational)
- Advanced use of tools computational (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
